Hello friends! My name is Jennifer Prusia, and I am the proud owner of Rosalee’s Catering Services, doing business as Rosalee’s Kitchen and Rosalee’s Mobile Bar—where we bring the party and the homemade goodies right to you!

Anyone who knows me knows that I have a deep passion for serving others—whether it’s helping someone plan a special event or organizing one of my own elaborate celebrations. I truly enjoy every aspect of the hospitality industry: from crafting delicious cocktails and ensuring every drink tastes just right, to baking indulgent stuffed dessert cookies that satisfy any sweet tooth, to creating comforting savory dishes and appetizers that bring people together.

My favorite spirit is tequila, and you’ll often find a margarita in my hand—but I’m always eager to try something new and share the experience with others!

I am also a proud wife and mother of two amazing adult children. For many years, I was the CEO of our home—a stay-at-home mom who discovered a love for all things culinary: cooking, baking, entertaining, and yes, mixing up a great craft cocktail. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I continue to grow, learn, and find joy in what I do every day.

The inspiration behind my business comes from a truly remarkable woman—my grandmother, Rosalie (Lee) Mogavero. She was the heart of our family and embodied everything a grandmother should be: loving, strong, and endlessly generous. Though she passed away in 2017, her memory, her love for family, and her passion for bringing people together live on through Rosalee’s. This business was created in her honor, and I am proud to carry her legacy forward with every event, every dish, and every toast.
